More About AG Pets

Something I haven't seen many blogs or websites talk about is the AG Pets. Today I thought we could give you guys some further details about the pets, accessories, and everything else AG pet related!

So for all the pets AG has to offer, there are 7 total pets dis-including horses, McKenna's dog, and Historical characters' pets (horses, dogs, cats, etc).
The 7 pets are....

In order from left to right: Toasty the Collie, Pepper the Husky, Chocolate Chip the Chocolate Lab, Praline the Striped Kitten, Honey the Golden Retriever, Coconut the Westie, and Ginger the Calico Kitten.
AG used to carry Sugar the Yorkie but she isn't available on the website, however, she is available for purchase in one of the book sets.

You can also purchase the Pet Pack from a bookseller store or AG. They have all pets available except Toasty the Collie and Ginger the Calico Kitten. They do have Sugar the Yorkie but however, AG seems to not sell Sugar as a pet anymore.

For the book sets, in order from left to right: Chocolate Chip the Chocolate Lab (Book: Chocolate Chip's Splash Bash), Coconut the Westie (Book: Poster Pages), Honey the Golden Retriever (Book: Honey's Guide to Puzzle Fun), Pepper the Husky (Book: Pepper's Bored Busters), Praline the Striped Kitten (Book Praline's Book of Friendship Questions), and Sugar the Yorkie (Book: Super Sweet Postcard Set).

Each regular pet comes with the pet and their collar and name tag. The set is a total of $20 per pet.
Each pet book set comes with the pet and their book. The set is a total of $24.99 per set.
As you can see, the book just costs an extra $4.99 ($5) extra dis-including the decorative "carrier" box.

AG also has a wide variety of pet accessories and furniture items.

In order from left to right: Pet Hiking Set ($20), Comfy and Cozy Pet Bed ($22), Pet Carrier Set ($24), Pet Rain Gear ($20), Pet Bath Set ($26), and the Dog Sled ($26).

In order from left to right: Pet Show Set for Dolls ($16), and the Snowy Fun Pet Set ($20).

So, what doll pet sets do you have and which ones do you want? Thanks for reading!

American Girl Product Review - Doll Travel Kit

The American Girl Doll Travel Kit has been purchased by one of our readers! Here's the review:
Yesterday afternoon I picked up the American Girl Doll Travel Kit from Barnes and Noble Booksellers. It was $21.95 and I have to say, it was well worth my money. The little "real" accessories it came with were two small  National Geographic Maps for London and Paris. They extend to be really big and do show a real map of each city. You also get a mini passport that has real pages. The first page is for your dolls identity where you can fill in her name and paste a small picture; the rest of the pages are to stamp her passport with destination stamps. The next item you get is a small doll-sized deck of cards. They are real cards and can easily be played with. The last real accessory is the duffle bag which is a big size and can fit alot! It's made of real fabric and has American Girl branding on it with an Airplane picture. The rest of the book contains cardstock punch out ski passes, cruise passes, a phone, camera, MP3 Player, and a paper punch out handheld GPS. You also get many postcards and posters. The posters are made of paper and the postcards are made of thin cardstock. All of these are easy to punch out. You also get a thin cardstock clock and clock stand. Other items you get are money, internation money and coins, a punch out mini-magazine like in the real magazines, amusement park wristbands for your doll made of paper, plane boarding passes, show tickets, a travel pass, debit card, ice cream cone punch out for a craft, templates to make a travel pillow and snowboard, labels for sodas and waters, a label for a canteen you have to make and a water bottle, international stickers for her passport, flag stickers that you can attach to magnet paper to make into souvenirs, and punch out luggage tags. Of course you get the book that comes with all activity kits that also gives you some advice for traveling with your dolls and how to make different crafts. This is a very nice kit and I really like it. I rate it 5 stars!
